UPDATE: The President has announced a public address for Monday evening.
Law enforcement officials around the country are declaring states of emergency as states confront the worsening CINS pandemic. Columns of smoke are rising over major U.S. cities as citizens struggle with authorities over evacuation routes, food, water, gas and medical resources.
Those who have not already traveled to a less populated area express fears of being trapped in dangerous urban zones. Accusations are spreading across social media that the National Guard intends to prevent any further exodus of citizens from cities where CINS has claimed more than five thousand victims, claims given weight by the forced closure of many critical routes in and out of population centers.
