Kimberly Ann Pearce and Michael David Johnson were married Saturday evening, July 14, at the Hermosa Beach Pier in Hermosa Beach, CA. The officiant was Todd Crowne, a friend of both the bride and the groom who became a Universal Life minister for the occasion. The bride, 31, will continue to use her name professionally. She is a marketing assistant for the Choco Lots brand. She graduated cum laude from Pennsylvania State University. She is the daughter of Pamela V. Pearce and Kenneth M. Pearce of Pittsburgh, PA. The bride’s father is an operations manager at Pennsylvania Textiles, a textile manufacturer in Pittsburgh. Her mother is a clinical psychologist in Pittsburgh.
The groom, 32, is a civil engineer for the Los Angeles Department of Water and Power. He graduated from the University of Kansas. He is the daughter of Valerie M. Johnson and William H. Johnson for Wichita, KS. The groom’s mother teaches art at the Paul Revere Middle School in Wichita. His father owns Johnson Brothers Construction, a general contracting firm in Wichita.
The couple will reside in Los Angeles.
